PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk Terms and Conditions

1. Registration
1.1 'PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk' is a trading style of Not Just Cleaning Ltd. You are the customer. You agree to purchase the goods from PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk subject to these Terms & Conditions which will apply to all transactions.
1.2 You must be 18 years or over and must complete the registration process to purchase goods from PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk.
1.3 Your email address is required so that PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk can supply detailed information regarding your order, including Invoices, Order Confirmations and any changes. When completing the registration process, you accept that your email address may be used to supply this information. Your email address will not be released by us to any third party.

2. Ordering
2.1 The prices on the PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk website are the current stated price for that product. The customer will have that price fixed at the point of completion of the transaction (upon invoice).
2.2 Prices include Value Added Tax where applicable.

3. Alternative Goods
3.1 Goods are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. If any goods you wish to purchase are not available, PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk will contact you by email or telephone to offer an alternative product.

4. Payment
4.1 Payment will be requested from the credit card company on the day of order to cover the cost of goods and delivery. Methods of payment are as stated in the Checkout area.

5. Delivery Service
5.1 When goods are delivered, you or someone on your behalf will be required to inspect the goods. The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery. You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note.
5.2 If someone, other than you, at the delivery address signs for the goods, PKHCleanShop.co.uk will be entitled to assume that person is authorised by you to accept the goods. The person signing for the goods must be 18 years or older.
5.3 PKHCleanShop.co.uk will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been concluded. Otherwise, our liability to you shall be limited in contract and/or tort to the value of the order only, unless we have been negligent causing personal injury or death.
5.4 PKHCleanShop.co.uk operate a standard two day delivery service for all stock items.
5.5. Any shortages/damage must be reported by email or in writing within 3 days of delivery.

6. Returns
6.1 Any goods you refuse to the carrier will be automatically refunded to the credit or debit card used to make the payment, and shown as a refund on the next payment card statement, upon safe return of the goods. We are reliant upon you bank for the speed of any refund but should not take any longer than 7 days to reach your account.
6.2 Any goods returned by the customer that are not faulty, must be in a resaleable condition, unused, and will be subject to a handling charge of £15.00 maximum per item. An additional collection charge £15.00 maximum may be applied.
6.3 Goods returned to us directly, or at your own cost, will be inspected before a refund is made. If the goods are in resaleable condition, then no charges will be applied and the refund will be in full.
6.4 The customer must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs. PKHCleanShop.co.uk will assist in any way possible to provide the information required to make this decision.
