Making A Purchase Making a purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to into the trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment through HSBC Secure ePayment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back order items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send credit card information via phone, fax, post or the internet.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertantly underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particluar product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk have chosen Parcel Force for the majority of deliveries. They offer a wide range of services and can cope with both domestic and business deliveries at a competitive price.

Standard delivery is 2 day at a cost of £4.75 (ex VAT). In addition to the standard delivery we can offer the following upgrades to meet your needs.

Next day £5.25 (ex VAT)
Next day by 12am £8.25 (ex VAT)
Next day by 10am £8.95 (ex VAT)
Next day by 9am £11.40 (ex VAT)

Should you require a Saturday delivery, this can be arrange for an additional £5.95 (ex VAT).

When your goods are dispatched an email will be sent to the logon mail address provided by you advising your tracking number and how to track your delivery online.

If you miss your delivery a card will be left and you can arrange for re-delivery or to pick up your parcel from the local parcel force counter.

Free delivery Please note that PKHCleanShop.co.uk.co.uk does not charge for delivery on any item(s) of machinery or orders over £350 ex VAT.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed and telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
